Candidate Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and coordinating transport operations to meet customer requirements
Managing transport resources and shift rotas to maintain service levels
Monitoring operational volumes and allocating labour and equipment efficiently
Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
Communicating effectively across teams and shifts to maintain operational consistency
Escalating customer concerns and operational issues when required
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency

Other Duties:

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining high operational and safety standards
Assisting management with transport and resource planning tasks

Hours of Work:
Sunday to Thursday
40 hours per week
Shifts between:
7:00am – 3:00pm
or 9:00am – 5:00pm
