Our coaching starts with a 45-minute session (€35) and looks at where are you now and where do you want to be.

ISM Coaching & Mentoring service is a personalised one to one sessions designed to enhance your personal development, including learning and work-life situations. It includes one to one online 45 minute appointments with a professional coach and mentor, tailored to your specific goals and learning style. The service aims to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and support needed for personal and professional growth.
The sessions are confidential. Your coach or mentor will not share items discussed or goals identified with a third party. The sessions are not career guidance counselling nor professional mental health care.

The process typically starts with an initial assessment to understand your needs and goals. This is followed by regular sessions where you and your coach or mentor work together through discussions, activities, and exercises. Typically the sessions will cover your current skills and experience, aspirations and motivations, your work & life balance, and general wellbeing, leading into overall achievable goals.
The coach or mentor provides feedback, insights, and guidance throughout the journey. The number of sessions can vary based on individual goals and progress. Each session is structured to maximize your learning and development based on your individual needs.

ISM Training Support, Coaching & Mentoring is overseen by Tina Walsh, M.A from DCU and with the first-class honors in Training, Delivery, and Evaluation and UCD Professional Academy Distinction in Professional Mentoring Models, Ethics and Practice. Tina is also an Outcomes Star practitioner and has completed Life and Workplace Coaching QQI 6 training with distinction. She is a member of the Association for Coaching, the International Coaching Federation and follows the AC Global Codes of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors during the sessions.
