€30,000 – €45,000 DOE

Permanent position with a growing international business

Opportunity for training and development

Potential travel to the UK for onboarding and operational training

Company Description:

Our client is an international distributor currently expanding their operations into Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at an early stage and play a key role in establishing and managing a new warehouse operation.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or inventory management

Proven picking and packing experience

Experience liaising with suppliers, customers, couriers, freight forwarders, or logistics partners
Strong inventory control and stock management experience

Experience using ERP systems (SAP highly advantageous)

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Strong communication and organisational skills

Flexible approach to working hours, with occasional on-call or Saturday work potentially required

Reliable, proactive, and capable of working alone

Key Responsibilities:

Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders throughout Ireland

Coordinating deliveries with couriers and logistics providers

Processing inbound and outbound shipments

Managing inventory levels and conducting stock counts

Maintaining accurate records within SAP and other company systems

Supporting import and export activities and ensuring documentation is completed correctly

Liaising with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners regarding deliveries and shipment status
Monitoring stock accuracy and investigating discrepancies

Ensuring all warehouse activities are completed in line with company procedures

Other Duties:

General warehouse administration

Processing system adjustments and inventory updates within SAP

Assisting with the setup and development of the new Irish warehouse operation

Supporting other areas of the business as required

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm

Flexibility required as occasional additional hours or Saturday work may be introduced as the operation grows

This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys autonomy and wants to be part of building a new operation from the ground up, rather than being one of many employees in a large warehouse environment.
