Company Description
Our client, a leading transport and logistics provider, is seeking experienced Artic Drivers to join their busy distribution operation based in Dublin 11.
This role involves the nationwide delivery of homeware and fashion products to department stores, with typically just 1-3 deliveries per shift. This is clean, straightforward work with excellent earning potential and a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours each week.
Responsabilities
Safely deliver homeware and fashion products to department stores nationwide.
Complete between 1 and 3 deliveries per shift.
Carry out daily vehicle checks and operate the vehicle safely at all times.
Provide a professional and courteous service to customers.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 1 year’s Artic (EC) driving experience.
Full Clean EC Driving Licence.
Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
Valid up to date CPC Card
Our client will work with drivers wherever possible to accommodate preferred shift patterns and availability.
Hours of Work
Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.
Shifts range from approximately 8.5 to 12 hours depending on delivery routes.
Early morning starts between 1:30am and 5:30am for nationwide deliveries.
One afternoon shift approximately every five weeks.
Afternoon Dublin deliveries typically start between 12:00pm and 2:00pm.
Weekend work on rotational basis
