Our client, a leading Transport and Logistics company, are recruiting for a Customer services / Sales / Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team of professionals based in Kildorrery Co. Cork. This role would suit someone living in the following area’s Fermoy, Michelstown, Castletownroach, Mallow, glanworth or Doneraile Areas. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-year previous experience in a similar Role.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent knowledge in best practice of a fast-moving company.
Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
Administration and Computer skills including Excel and Office.
Able to work with clients to get paid
Positive, ‘can do’ attitude & ability to work as part of a team.
Highly organised, Deadline focused.
Flexible and adaptable, Ability to work on own initiative.
Possesses a positive outlook, promoting constructive responses to the challenges of work.
Excellent Communication skills
Responsibilities:
Work with/ Call existing customers to get bills paid.
Take care of accounts receivable
Answer calls and assist customers with their enquiries.
Allocate calls to Drivers and correct sections.
Handle customers/drivers tracking enquiries.
Relay customer service queries and complaints to related teams.
Carrying out any additional duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Hours of Work:
Working Monday to Friday – Operating Hours TBC
Also 1 saturday per month (paid as overtime)
Free Parking.
20 days holidays per year
