Company Description:
Our client operates a busy production and warehouse facility, supplying high-quality food products. They are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to support their warehouse and production operations.
Candidate Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (Diesel)
Minimum 3-5 years’ Counterbalance Forklift experience
Experience operating forklifts both indoors and outdoors
Good level of spoken and written English
Ability to accurately complete Goods In and Quality Control paperwork
Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a Diesel Counterbalance Forklift in both indoor and outdoor environments
Loading tonne boxes onto potato production lines
Stacking tonne boxes up to five high while maintaining safe and accurate alignment
Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
Completing daily Goods In and Quality Control documentation
Supporting the smooth operation of warehouse and production activities
Other Duties:
Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults
Adhering to all company health & safety procedures
Hours of Work:
Monday to Saturday (rostered schedule)
Up to 45 hours per week
