Company:
ISM Recruitment, a division of the Irish School of Motoring, is actively seeking Social Care Workers to join our client’s team on a fixed-term, or part-time basis.

Responsibilities:
Supporting individuals with intellectual disability
Experience implementing positive behaviour support plans
Build meaningful relationships to provide emotional and practical support
Advocate on behalf of young people to ensure they have access to necessary services and resources.
Experience in promoting independence and community integration
Ensure the safety and well-being of young people by maintaining a secure and nurturing environment
Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions, care plans, and incidents in line with legal and regulatory requirements
Support the implementation of organisational policies, including those related to safeguarding and health and safety

Candidate Requirements:
CORU Registration
Minimum Level 7/8 in Social Care
MAPA/PMAV/CPI Certificate
HSEland Children First
Undergo Garda Vetting
Demonstrated hands-on experience in a social care environment at a professional level
Working knowledge and understanding of Child Protection
Agree to participate in a 7-day, 24-hour shift roster including nights and 12-hour shifts
Positive attitude and team player qualities
Ability to travel to different sites in Dublin

Hours of Work:
8am – 8pm
8pm – 8am
Can vary from site to site
