ISM Recruitment are now hiring for Shunter Drivers for our client based in Dublin Port. The drivers will be responsible for shunting containers to and from a ship into crane stacks. Full site induction will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Shunting containers safely and efficiently between ship and crane stacks.
Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
Always following site safety procedures.
Supporting operational teams as required.
Candidate Requirements:
Full Clean Driving Licence (B)
Valid Manual Handling Cert.
Good working track record.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Hours of Work:
Average 39-hour week
Shift pattern (19:00 – 06:00):
Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday (44 Hour week)
Week 2: Monday, Thursday & Friday (33 Hour week)
