This role is based at our busy Training Centre in Finglas. You will be part of a fast-paced, customer and sales oriented team, with strong opportunities for career development, training, and progression.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be based at the front counter sales desk and will play a crucial role in delivering a positive first impression of our business. This is a busy, customer service and inbound sales role, handling enquiries via telephone, email, web, and in-person visits.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Welcoming training and recruitment customers at the front reception desk
Converting inbound telephone and email enquiries into sales
Liaising with trainers and customers to ensure smooth service delivery
Scheduling and managing course bookings
Using the in-house booking and CRM system accurately and efficiently
Building strong relationships with both business and consumer customers
Managing centre opening and closing times and addressing general facilities issues
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar customer-facing and inbound sales role
A proven track record of success in converting enquiries into sales
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, professional manner with the ability to create a strong first impression
A self-motivated, proactive approach with a strong desire to help grow the customer base
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary €35K DOE
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Flexibility required to accommodate course start times
Occasional Saturday mornings (as extra)
