Company:
Our client a leading catering distribution company based in Dublin 15 are now recruiting for rigid drivers to join their team. The role would consist of multidrop deliveries to various sites around Leinster. Please note some handballing would be required.
Responsibilities:
Timely Deliveries
Ensuring all deliveries are made on schedule across multiple locations, planning routes efficiently to meet deadlines.
Safe Driving & Vehicle Care
Operating the rigid vehicle safely, following road laws, and carrying out daily checks (fuel, tyres, brakes) to keep the vehicle in good condition.
Loading, Unloading & Customer Service
Handling goods correctly during loading/unloading and interacting professionally with customers at each drop point, including obtaining signatures or proof of delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
Must have multidrop experience
Hold a full C Class Licence
Valid Tachograph
Up-to-date with CPC’s
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday
Must be available at least 2 Saturdays a month
Start times between 4am to 6am
Shifts are 8 hours or less, but will be paid for 8 hours minimum
